Why do I need to provide a phone number when booking?
Your phone number is used for fast, secure SMS OTP (One-Time Password) verification. In about 15 seconds you confirm your booking without creating an account, remembering passwords or logging in. For businesses, it is also a guarantee that the booking is real.
Is Vizitly free for customers?
Yes. For guests searching and booking services or stays, using vizitly.cloud is completely free. No hidden fees are added to the booking price.
Do I need to download an app to book?
No. The whole flow works instantly in the browser on any phone or computer. If you prefer everything in one place, we also offer dedicated mobile apps on the App Store and Google Play.
How is Vizitly different from other booking sites?
Our platform is a next-generation marketplace. In one place you can book a haircut, a car service appointment, or a mountain cabin for the weekend. The system is flexible and combines hourly calendars with overnight stays.
What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
In the SMS or email confirmation you receive a unique, secure link. Open it to manage your appointment — you can cancel conveniently according to the rules of the place you booked.
Are my booking details safe?
