    Vizitly (vizitly.cloud) is an online booking platform for salons and services: clients pick a slot, confirm by SMS, optionally pay a Stripe deposit, and you see everything in your calendar.

  • Can I add booking to my own website?

    Yes — the dashboard includes a small script that embeds the Vizitly booking iframe on your domain without custom coding.

  • Where else can clients book?

    From a QR code (QR-Kit PDF), a direct link, or a subdomain like your-slug.vizitly.cloud — all lead to the same booking flow.

  • Which markets are supported for billing?

    Among others Poland (PLN) and Germany/Austria (EUR) for commission rules and account market settings.

  • Who builds and maintains the platform?

    Engineering and product delivery are led by DevStudio.it (https://devstudioit.com/) — custom Next.js systems, PostgreSQL, payments integrations and long-term partnership.

  • How does SMS OTP booking confirmation work?

    The client picks a slot and enters a phone number. A 6-digit OTP code arrives by SMS — after entering it, the booking is saved in the salon calendar. This reduces fake numbers and empty slots.

  • Is Vizitly an online booking system for salons?

    Yes — a full system: public booking page, owner and team calendar, website widget, QR codes and the vizitly.cloud marketplace with map and filters.

  • Does the client need an account to book online?

    No — online booking only requires a phone number (SMS OTP) and optionally an email for confirmation. A client account is optional to view booking history.
